Capgemini is seeking an experienced Project Manager Generalist to lead and coordinate strategic and operational Life Sciences projects in Diegem. You will interface between business, technical, quality, and regulatory teams to ensure on-time delivery within scope and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3+ years of Life Sciences project management, strong stakeholder skills, and a GMP/GxP mindset. French fluency is essential, with English as an asset in our diverse, global team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in Life Sciences sectors.
• Solid understanding of GMP/GxP environments.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
• Fluent in French; English as an asset.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices and healthcare environments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, Manufacturing, QA, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines; manage risks.
• Ensure compliance with GMP/GxP and quality standards throughout execution.
• Lead governance meetings and report progress to stakeholders and senior management.
• Drive technology transfer, process improvements, and operational excellence initiatives.
