Capgemini Engineering Belgium is seeking an experienced Project Manager with an engineering background to lead end-to-end pharma projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope and budgets, and ensure GMP/GDP compliance throughout the lifecycle.

Fluency in English and a good level of French are preferred. The role offers hybrid working arrangements and opportunities to advance within a global engineering leader.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with minimum 3 years of PM experience in pharma.
• Experience in regulated environments (GMP/GDP).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end project delivery within pharma, ensuring on-time, on-scope, on-budget results.
• Act as main client contact and coordinate technical teams across project phases.
• Monitor risks, drive mitigations, and improve processes to add value.
