Job summary

Medpace is seeking a Site Contract Manager to join our Clinical Operations team in Belgium. You will oversee end-to-end CTA processes for global, multi-site trials and develop study-specific CTA strategies with Sponsors and internal stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, CRO experience, and strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills. You will work with local contract negotiators and contribute to timely deliverables across sites.

Qualifications

• Must have CRO experience.
• Experience in contract and budget negotiation.
• 3+ years of management or oversight experience.
• Proven ability to influence others.
• Strong communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of the CTA process for global, multi-site trials.
• Develop country- and study-specific CTA strategies with Sponsors and internal stakeholders.
• Develop country CTA templates.
• Oversee local contract negotiators at project level.
• Present progress to stakeholders and ensure timely deliverables.
