You manage a diverse portfolio of claims from private individuals and monitor them closely, from the initial report through to resolution.

Responsibilities

• At the start of each claim, you gather all essential information regarding coverage, liability, and the circumstances of the claim.
• You conduct a thorough analysis and correctly apply the applicable guidelines and agreements.
• You actively negotiate the claim while consistently safeguarding the customer's interests.
• You keep the insured person continuously informed of the case's progress and calculate the damages, after which you also pass this information on to the client.
• You proactively organize and maintain telephone and written communication with all parties involved.

Requirements

• Extensive experience-at least 5 to 10 years-in a similar position as a Personal Lines Claims Manager is required.
• Knowledge of and experience with the Brio claims management software is a must.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language.
