Responsibilities

• Open, analyze, and track the claims entrusted to you.
• Apply agreements safeguarding public-sector interests per procedures and deadlines.
• Appoint experts and supervise their work; verify report quality and consistency.
• Evaluate and validate damages amounts; do not assign liability.
• Communicate proactively with insurers and claims adjusters.
• Handle several out-of-court cases within the scope of the agreement.
• Ensure complete, clear, and traceable documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, models, and tools.
• Opportunity for advancement to case manager, senior validator, or trainer.

Education
