Axis Group is seeking an experienced transportation and fleet claims manager to be the primary contact for company-vehicle claims. You will manage relationships with medium-sized and large clients, coordinate claim progress, and ensure efficient processing with a customer-focused approach.

You will engage in regular training and mentoring of colleagues, contribute ideas for process improvements, and work with insurers and experts to reach favorable outcomes while maintaining a professional,

Qualifications

• Has experience in claims handling under the RDR, common law, and liability law.
• Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Clear and efficient communication with a focus on customer needs.
• Independent, structured, proactive in finding solutions.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for commercial vehicle claims and will manage relationships with medium-sized and large companies. You’ll work on process improvement and provide valuable support to colleagues. With your experience in claims handling and strong communication skills, you’ll ensure that claims are processed efficiently. Requirements

• Has experience in claims handling under the RDR, common law, and liability law.
• Holds a relevant degree or has equivalent work experience.
• Communicates clearly and efficiently, with a focus on customer needs.
• Shows empathy for clients’ circumstances and possesses strong listening skills.
• Works independently and takes a structured approach.
• Demonstrates initiative and is proactive in finding solutions.
• Is fluent in Dutch, both verbally and in writing; knowledge of French is a plus.
