Job summary

Axis Group is seeking an experienced workers’ compensation claims adjuster in Belgium (Antwerp). You will manage claims from start to finish, analyze files, and make independent decisions on approval, liability, and compensation with a strong focus on accuracy and customer service.

You will maintain contact with policyholders, intermediaries, medical advisors, legal counsel, and colleagues across locations, ensuring timely, compliant resolutions within the legal framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in insurance or law.
• 3–5 years of experience handling workplace accident cases.
• Knowledge of workplace accident legislation.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.
• Fluency in Dutch; ability to communicate in French.
