Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as a Personal Lines Claims Manager.
• Proficiency with Brio claims management software.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language.

Responsibilities

• At the start of each claim, gather all essential information regarding coverage and circumstances.
• Analyze and apply the applicable guidelines and agreements.
• Negotiate claims while safeguarding the customer's interests.
• Keep the insured person informed of progress and calculate damages; report to client.
• Organize and maintain telephone and written communication with all parties involved.
