Cronos Europa, a leading IT and digital transformation partner for European Institutions, is seeking an experienced User Documentation & Training Consultant in Brussels. You will deliver instructor‑led and online trainings, create manuals and e‑learning content, and provide first‑level user support to empower end users of critical applications.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with at least 3 years of experience.
Proven experience in IT training and end‑user support.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational, analytical, and problem‑solving capabilities.

Responsabilités

Design, deliver, and continuously improve instructor‑led and online training sessions.
Develop and maintain training materials, user manuals, FAQs, e‑learning content, and online help resources.
Provide first‑level support to end‑users via email, phone, and collaboration tools.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams.
Support application testing activities and contribute to quality assurance processes.
Facilitate the rollout and adoption of new digital tools and services across the organization.
