Coreso is seeking a Shift Coordinator to join its Operations team in Brussels. This role focuses on efficient coordination and administrative management of Control Room operations, ensuring staffing levels, policy compliance, and smooth collaboration across Operations, HR, Office Management and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will manage shift rosters, monitor resource allocation, and support onboarding and reporting activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with workforce planning, resource and operational coordination.
• Experience with operational administration and governance.
• Strong communications skills and stakeholder management.
• Interest in reporting, data quality and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Manage the day-to-day Control Room shift roster.
• Process and implement shift change requests from operators and management.
• Ensure compliance with working time regulations and staffing requirements.
• Monitor resource allocation for adequate operational coverage.
• Coordinate and report overtime requirements and compensation requests.
• Manage access and visits to the Control Room and Operations floor.
• Prepare agendas and logistics for Operations team meetings.
• Facilitate onboarding for new operators.
• Liaise between Operations, HR, Training and external stakeholders.
• Maintain Operations’ SharePoint documentation and communications.
• Consolidate and distribute weekly Control Room performance reports.
• Support process improvements and reporting quality.
