Coreso is seeking a Shift Coordinator to join its Operations team in Brussels. This role focuses on efficient coordination and administrative management of Control Room operations, ensuring staffing levels, policy compliance, and smooth collaboration across Operations, HR, Office Management and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will manage shift rosters, monitor resource allocation, and support onboarding and reporting activities.

To support our mission, we are looking for aShift Coordinatorto join our Operations team, with a focus onefficient coordination and administrative management of Control Room operations. This is not an operator role but a coordinator that will ensure appropriate staffing levels, compliance with internal policies and procedures, and smooth collaboration between Operations, HR, Office Management and external stakeholders.
Manage the day-to-day Control Room shift roster.
Process and implement shift change requests from operators and management.
Ensure compliance with working time regulations, internal policies and staffing requirements.
Monitor resource allocation to guarantee adequate operational coverage.
Coordinate and report operator overtime requirements and associated compensation requests.
Manage access and visits to the Control Room and Operations floor.
Prepare agendas and logistics for Operations team meetings.
Facilitate onboarding activities for new operators.
Serve as liaison between Operations, HR, Training teams and external stakeholders.
Maintain Operations’ SharePoint documentation and communications.
Consolidate and distribute weekly Control Room performance reports.
Support process improvements and reporting quality.
Experience with Workforce planning, Resource & Operational coordination
Experience with Operational Administration & governance
Strong communications skills and stakeholder management.
Strong interest in Reporting, data quality & continuous improvement
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word…) and SharePoint.
Fluent English. Any additional European language is an asset
Technical expertise is not required. An interest in the energy sector and operational environments is an asset
