Coreso, a dynamic European energy company based in Brussels, is hiring a Shift Coordinator to join our Operations team. You will manage the Control Room shift roster, handle change requests, and ensure compliance with working time regulations.

This role focuses on coordination with Operations, HR, Training and external stakeholders, maintaining SharePoint docs, and delivering weekly performance reports. Hybrid work available.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning and coordination.

Responsabilités

• Manage the day‑to‑day Control Room shift roster.
• Process and implement shift change requests from operators and management.
• Ensure compliance with working time regulations, internal policies and staffing requirements.
• Monitor resource allocation to guarantee adequate operational coverage.
• Coordinate and report operator overtime requirements and associated compensation requests.
• Manage access and visits to the Control Room and Operations floor.
• Prepare agendas and logistics for Operations team meetings.
• Facilitate onboarding activities for new operators.
• Serve as liaison between Operations, HR, Training teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain Operations’ SharePoint documentation and communications.
• Consolidate and distribute weekly Control Room performance reports.
• Support process improvements and reporting quality.
