Eurostar in Belgium seeks a Planning & Rostering professional to design and adapt the commercial transport plan and manage staff for its service.

You will handle personnel scheduling, monitor attendance and service logs, coordinate with teams during disruptions, and adapt resources during crises while working shifts including weekends. The role requires fluency in French and Dutch, strong interpersonal skills, and a first railway-sector experience.

• Fluent in French and Dutch; English and German are an asset.

Responsabilités

• Personnel scheduling: manage staff orders, adapt service schedules, and provide coverage for Belgium and Paris.
• Monitoring and reporting: track attendance, validate service logs, update reports, and ensure data accuracy.
• Resource logistics: manage bookings, transportation, and emergency equipment; coordinate with Co Thalys during crises.
• Support operations: assist Crew Dispatchers during disruptions and ensure smooth communication between teams.
• Crisis adaptation: help adjust transport plans and secure extra resources during unexpected events.
