JobKitchen is looking for a head chef or senior sous-chef for a brasserie in the heart of Antwerp. You will lead the kitchen team, ensure smooth mise-en-place and help develop the menu with focus on taste, presentation and consistency.

You will rigorously apply HACCP, manage stock and orders, and work closely with the dining room. A full-time role in a dynamic setting with room for input and professional growth.

Competenze

• Ervaring als Head Chef of Senior Sous Chef in een brasserie of restaurant.
• Sterke organisatorische skills en natuurlijke leiderschapscapaciteiten.
• Creatief, kwaliteitsgericht en hands-on ingesteld.
• Communicatief, stressbestendig en teamgericht.
• Beschikbaar voor een voltijdse functie.

Mansioni

• Je stuurt het keukenteam aan en zorgt voor een vlotte, georganiseerde mise-en-place.
• Je ontwikkelt mee de kaart en bewaakt smaak, presentatie en consistentie.
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse keukenwerking, planning en taakverdeling.
• Je volgt HACCP nauwgezet op en houdt de keuken proper en gestructureerd.
• Je beheert voorraad, doet bestellingen en voorkomt verspilling.
• Je werkt nauw samen met de zaal en draagt bij aan een positieve teamdynamiek.
• Je blijft kalm en efficiënt tijdens piekmomenten.
