Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com in Belgium is seeking an Onboarding Executive to own restaurant activations from signed contract through Go-Live on our platform. You will coordinate with restaurant partners and Sales to ensure a smooth start and a strong first impression for each partner.

You will juggle multiple activations with precision while communicating clearly in French and Dutch, and you will help shape onboarding processes to drive faster, more reliable launches across the partner network.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end restaurant activation from signing to Go-Live.
• Manage multiple onboardings simultaneously with accuracy.
• Serve as the primary contact for new restaurant partners during onboarding.
• Collaborate with Sales to keep the pipeline moving and partners ready for orders.
• Participate in sales meetings to share onboarding feasibility insights.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to speed onboarding.
• Advocate for restaurant partners internally to foster lasting partnerships.
