Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking an Onboarding Executive in Belgium to own the go-live process for new restaurant partners. You will coordinate technical setup, menu integration, and activation steps while collaborating with Sales to drive partner readiness for first orders.

You will balance speed and accuracy across multiple activations, serving as the main point of contact for partners and ensuring a positive, long-term relationship with the platform.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and Dutch (written and spoken) with strong English.
• Ability to manage multiple activations simultaneously with precision.
• Excellent relationship-building with Sales, partners, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end activation process for new restaurant partners, from setup to Go-Live.
• Manage multiple onboardings simultaneously with accuracy.
• Serve as the primary contact for new restaurant partners during onboarding.
• Partner with Sales to keep the pipeline moving and prepare partners for first orders.
• Participate in sales discussions and provide insights on onboarding feasibility.
• Identify bottlenecks in activation and propose improvements to speed and partner satisfaction.
• Advocate for restaurant partners internally to ensure a great first experience.
