Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking an Onboarding Executive in Belgium to lead end-to-end activations for new restaurant partners. You will coordinate technical setup, menu integration, and Go-Live, ensuring partners start with strong footing on our platform.

In this role you will juggle multiple activations with precision, serving as the primary contact for partners and collaborating closely with Sales to drive pipeline momentum and partner success.

• Fluent in French and Dutch, with strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end activation process for new restaurant partners from setup to Go-Live.
• Manage multiple onboardings simultaneously with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Serve as the primary contact for new restaurant partners during onboarding.
• Provide administrative and strategic support to Sales teams to keep the pipeline moving.
• Participate in sales meetings, offering insights on feasibility and readiness.
• Identify bottlenecks in activation processes and propose improvements.
• Advocate for restaurant partners internally to foster long-term relationships.
