Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com in Belgium is seeking an Onboarding Executive to activate new restaurant partners from contract to live on our platform. You will lead end-to-end activations, ensuring speed, accuracy, and a great first experience for partners.

You will juggle multiple activations, support Sales, and act as the restaurant partner's voice to ensure a smooth, successful onboarding journey and a lasting partnership.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and Dutch (written and spoken); strong English.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with calm and precision.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end activation process for new restaurant partners, from technical setup through to Go-Live.
• Manage multiple activations simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail across every activation.
• Serve as the primary contact for new restaurant partners during onboarding, ensuring confidence and readiness to receive first orders.
• Partner with Sales teams, providing administrative and strategic support to keep the pipeline moving.
• Participate in sales meetings, offering insights on onboarding feasibility and partner readiness.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to speed up onboarding and improve partner satisfaction.
• Act as the voice of the restaurant partner internally to foster long-term relationships.
