Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is recruiting an Onboarding Executive in Belgium to drive the Go-Live of new restaurant partners. You will own activations from setup to live status, juggling several partners while maintaining top-notch accuracy.

You will collaborate with Sales, support internal stakeholders, and act as the partners' advocate, delivering a smooth, proactive onboarding experience that accelerates time-to-first-order.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and Dutch, with strong English.
• Ability to juggle multiple activations with high accuracy.
• Build relationships with Sales, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Quickly learn internal tools and translate processes for restaurant owners.
• Structured and organized mindset to keep activations on track.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end activation process for new restaurant partners—from technical setup to Go-Live.
• Manage multiple restaurant onboardings simultaneously with accuracy.
• Serve as the primary contact for new restaurant partners during onboarding.
• Provide administrative and strategic support to Sales teams to keep the pipeline moving.
• Participate in sales meetings, offering insights on onboarding feasibility and partner readiness.
• Identify bottlenecks in activation and propose improvements to speed up onboarding.
• Represent the restaurant partner voice internally to build a lasting relationship.
