Just Eat Takeaway.com in Belgium is seeking an Onboarding Executive to own end-to-end restaurant activations from setup to Go-Live, partnering with Sales to drive live partnerships.

You will juggle multiple onboardings with precision, ensure restaurant partners are supported and ready to receive their first orders, and act as a trusted internal advocate for partners throughout the launch journey.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French and Dutch (written and spoken) with strong English.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with calm and precision.
• Build strong relationships with Sales, restaurant partners and internal stakeholders.
• Learn internal tools quickly and translate technical steps into clear guidance for partners.
• Maintain a structured, organised mindset to keep activations on track.
• Speak up in meetings to share insights and drive improvements in onboarding.
• Take ownership of activations from day one with accountability and drive.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and seek smarter ways to help partners and the business grow.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end activation process for new restaurant partners, from technical setup through to Go-Live, with speed and precision.
• Manage multiple restaurant onboardings simultaneously, ensuring accuracy across activations.
• Serve as the primary contact for new restaurant partners during onboarding, ensuring confidence and readiness to receive orders.
• Partner with Sales teams, providing administrative and strategic support to keep the pipeline moving.
• Participate in sales meetings, sharing insights on onboarding feasibility and partner readiness.
• Identify bottlenecks in activation and propose improvements to accelerate onboarding.
• Act as the voice of the restaurant partner internally to set the tone for a lasting relationship.
