Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking an Onboarding Executive in Belgium to own end-to-end restaurant activations, from technical setup to Go-Live. You will balance multiple activations, keeping partners supported and informed as you work closely with Sales to move the pipeline forward.

Fluency in French and Dutch with strong English is required. You will learn internal tools quickly, stay organized, and take ownership from day one to foster lasting partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end activation process for new restaurant partners, from technical setup to Go-Live.
• Manage multiple live activations concurrently while ensuring precision.
• Serve as primary contact for new restaurant partners during onboarding.
• Collaborate with Sales to keep the pipeline moving and partners ready for orders.
• Participate in sales meetings, providing feasibility insights for onboarding.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to speed up activation.
• Act as the voice of the restaurant partner to ensure a lasting relationship.
