Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking an Onboarding Executive in Belgium to drive the Go-Live of new restaurant partners. You will own activation end-to-end from technical setup and menu integration to live status, while collaborating closely with Sales and internal teams to ensure a smooth partner journey.

You will juggle multiple activations, communicate clearly across French, Dutch, and English, and advocate for partner success with precision and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and Dutch (written and spoken), strong English.
• Experience coordinating onboarding or activation projects.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end activation process for new restaurant partners.
• Coordinate with Sales to move partners from signed to live.
• Manage multiple activations with accuracy and speed.
• Serve as primary contact during onboarding journey for partners.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to speed up onboarding.
