Tavrion Dynamics is seeking a German-speaking Sales Representative in Barcelona to join our international team. You will identify new business opportunities, engage with clients, and help them achieve goals through tailored digital solutions.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency at C1+ level and strong English communication.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in digital advertising, PPC, sales, or account management (6–12 months preferred).
• Outbound or cold sales experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored digital advertising solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Aim to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and industry developments.
