Responsabilités

• Support customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns across Europe.
• Take full ownership of customer cases and coordinate solutions from start to finish.
• Communicate regularly with customers, repair centers, and service partners.
• Provide timely updates regarding repair progress and service status.
• Coordinate with dealers and technical teams to ensure efficient problem resolution.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through proactive communication.
• Identify solutions and alternative approaches when unexpected challenges arise.
• Maintain accurate records and case documentation.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
