This role involves managing breakdown cases across Europe, working closely with teams to meet customer needs, and following established processes. The position offers a dynamic work environment with the flexibility of working 50% remotely. The candidate must be willing to work evenings, nights, and weekends, and a relocation package is provided for candidates coming from abroad.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch, German, and English; French is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable.
