Jobtailor in Belgium seeks a multilingual customer or partner liaison to provide strategic guidance for elite fleet operators and automotive partners. The role requires fluency in German and Dutch, plus professional English for cross-border reporting.

You will manage inbound communications across channels, diagnose operational challenges, and collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Engineering to ensure accurate data and smooth workflows in a global support environment.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in German and Dutch.
• Professional English (minimum B2) for corporate reporting.
• Strong dedication to service excellence with the ability to stay composed during peak hours.
• Ability to navigate multiple software platforms and data analysis tools.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating shift for global coverage.

Responsabilités

• Deliver strategic guidance and tailored interventions for elite fleet operators, transport partners, and specialized automotive dealerships.
• Manage critical inbound communications via phone and digital channels, upholding safety and excellence.
• Diagnose the underlying causes of complex logistical and technical challenges to deliver outcomes for corporate partners.
• Partner with Sales, Logistics, and Engineering to ensure seamless workflows and data accuracy.
