Job description

We are currently looking for German and Dutch speakers for a Customer Advisor position in Ghent, Belgium, within an international company in the automotive sector.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
• Provide support related to products and services
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Work in a dynamic, international environment

Working schedule

• 24/7 rotational shifts
• 7 hours 30 minutes per day
• 30-minute break

Important conditions

• Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts, including nights and weekends
• Initial contract structure is 1–3–6 months (not permanent from day one)
• First month training is fully on-site
• After training, only 1 day per week remote work is allowed

Requirements
