Jobtailor in Belgium is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to assist customers across Europe with vehicle breakdown cases. You will own cases from start to finish, coordinating with repair centers, service partners, and dealers to ensure timely resolution.

Fluent German and Dutch are required, with strong English communication skills. The role emphasises proactive communication, calm problem-solving, and teamwork in a multicultural environment.
