Odoo is seeking a Business Development Representative in Belgium to acquire new SME clients and advise on the best software solutions for their business. You will manage the whole sales cycle—from lead qualification to closing and onboarding—while delivering tailored demonstrations and customized quotes.

You will work with a dynamic team, leveraging multi-channel leads and your analytical skills to understand client pain points and provide convincing proposals.

Qualifications

• Strong business knowledge and curiosity.
• Genuine interest in IT and software.
• Languages: Nordic languages.
• Analytic vision and fighting spirit.
• Good organizational skills.
• Work permit for Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Receive leads, initiate contact and qualify the potential clients.
• Analyze and understand the customer needs, activities, challenges and pain points.
• Show the software by providing tailored demonstrations according to the customers' needs.
• Provide customized quotes and negotiate conditions of the contract.
