Squareflow is expanding in Belgium and seeks a Business Developer to drive growth, forge new client relationships, and strengthen the commercial footprint with Odoo solutions. You will work closely with project teams to deliver real value and shape Squareflow's presence in the Belgian market.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales, fluency in French/Dutch and English, and a strong network in Belgium. A competitive package and career growth await.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in sales or business development
• Bachelor or Master in Commercial Sciences, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of business processes and digital transformation challenges
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in French/Dutch with good English

Responsabilités

• Define and execute a commercial plan for the Belgian market
• Identify and prospect new clients via multichannel approach
• Qualify leads and align with Squareflow's Odoo solutions
• Lead the full sales cycle from first contact to contract
• Support project managers in commercial relations with clients
• Collaborate with consulting teams for smooth handover
• Contribute to building and improving sales processes and go-to-market
• Contribute to daily development of Squareflow
