Odoo seeks a results-driven Partner Manager in Belgium to grow our partner network and expand the Odoo customer base. You will coach ERP integrators and IT partners, guiding them on business strategy, implementation, and growth throughout the partnership journey.

You will also engage with prospects, qualify needs, deliver customized product demos, and match customers with the most suitable partner to close deals.

Qualifications

• Business Master Degree required.
• English language skills essential.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ambition to meet and exceed targets with initiative.
• Authorized to work in Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Act as business coach and grow partners' Odoo presence across markets.
• Onboard new Odoo Partners and define plans for partner growth.
• Establish long-term win-win relationships with your partner portfolio.
• Handle inbound leads, qualify needs, deliver tailored demos, and negotiate pricing.
• Connect customers with the right Odoo Partner and close the deal.
