Job summary

Squareflow in Belgium is seeking a Business Developer to drive growth. You will identify new clients, qualify leads, and lead the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature.

You will collaborate with project teams to deliver real value and work closely with clients to ensure a seamless experience. As part of the team, you’ll leverage your ERP/IT consulting background, strong communication skills, and an extensive Belgian network to shape Squareflow's presence and growth in the

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a sales or business development role, ideally in ERP or IT consulting
• Bachelor or Master in Commercial Sciences, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of business processes and digital transformation challenges
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Autonomous, proactive in a growing entrepreneurial environment
• Solid professional network in Belgium
• Bilingual Dutch/French, with good knowledge of English
• Familiarity with a CRM tool (Odoo)

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients through multichannel outreach (calls, emails, social selling, events)
• Qualify leads and align prospects' challenges with Squareflow's Odoo solutions
• Lead the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature
• Support project managers and consultants in commercial relationships with clients
• Collaborate with consulting teams to ensure a smooth handover and client experience
• Contribute to building and improving sales processes and go-to-market strategy
• Support ongoing development of Squareflow in Belgium
