Eezee-it, a Gold Odoo partner, is expanding its Sales team in Belgium. The SDR will start conversations with prospects, qualify opportunities, and hand them to the Sales team to close. Expect inbound and outbound outreach, CRM updates in Odoo, and close collaboration with Marketing to improve targeting.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup in Belgium, speak FR/NL, and benefit from a structured career path with ongoing training and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Bilingual FR/NL essential to speak with prospects across Belgium.
• Strong phone outreach and conversation skills.
• Energetic, resilient, and results-driven with a sales mindset.
• Willingness to learn and grow in B2B sales and ERP context.

Responsabilités

• Handle all inbound leads from events, website, and campaigns.
• Qualify and initiate outreach to new prospects via phone.
• Research and reach out to new relevant prospects (cold calling).
• Understand needs, context and timing to assess potential.
• Pass qualified opportunities to Sales with clear briefs for closing.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records (Odoo).
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine targeting and messaging.
