Thon Hotels Brussels & Rotterdam is seeking a motivated Shift Leader to join the Front Office team at Thon Hotel Brussels City Centre. You will supervise reception operations, lead a small team, and ensure smooth daily duties.

The ideal candidate has proven receptionist experience, leadership skills, and fluency in French and English, with a customer‑focused and warm attitude. The role is on-site in Brussels with a competitive remuneration package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as receptionist (mandatory).
• Experience as Shift Leader or Supervisor is a strong plus.
• Fluency in French and English (additional languages are an asset).

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out processes.
• Answer emails, check invoices, and support front desk tasks.
