Thon Hotels is seeking a motivated Shift Leader for the Front Office team at Thon Hotel Brussels City Centre. You will lead the reception crew, ensure smooth daily operations, and deliver warm, guest-focused service with integrity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a receptionist (mandatory).
• Experience as a Shift Leader or Supervisor is a strong plus.
• Fluency in French and English (additional languages are an asset).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on, flexible, and approachable leadership style.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead, motivate, and support the reception team during shifts while ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Answer emails, check invoices, and handle check-in/check-out tasks as second nature.
• Provide a warm, guest-focused service and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in busy situations.
• Supervise the shift to ensure smooth running and team coordination.
• Be proactive in delivering excellent guest experiences.
