Thon Hotels Brussels City Centre is seeking a motivated Shift Leader to join our Front Office team. You will lead the reception during shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining a warm, guest-focused atmosphere.

The ideal candidate has proven reception experience, ideally with shift leadership or supervisory exposure, and fluent French and English. Strong communication, reliability, and a hands-on leadership style are essential to thrive in this team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a receptionist (mandatory).
• Experience as a Shift Leader or Supervisor is a strong plus.
• Ability to manage the team on shift and the shift efficiently.
• Fluency in French and English (additional languages are an asset).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High sense of responsibility, integrity, and reliability.
• Hands-on, flexible, and approachable leadership style.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

• Handling reception tasks: answering emails, checking invoices, and performing check-in/check-out tasks.
