Thon Hotels seeks a receptionist to join our team at Thon Hotel EU in Brussels. You will warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins and inquiries, and provide a smooth front-desk experience in a fast paced hotel environment.

Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of French and Dutch is a plus. You will contribute to an exceptionally friendly, efficient service culture and be part of our dynamic European team in Belgium.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or front desk roles preferred.
• Fluent in English; French and Dutch a plus.
• Guest-oriented with strong communication skills.

• Answering mails and checking invoices as part of daily tasks.
• Work flexible schedules with varying shift lengths.
• Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends and implement improvements.
