Thon Hotel Brussels City Centre is seeking a motivated Shift Leader for the Front Office team. The ideal candidate is a true team player with integrity, capable of leading and supporting the reception crew during shifts while ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will create a warm guest experience with a down-to-earth attitude and proactive service. Fluency in French and English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a receptionist (mandatory).
• Fluency in French and English (additional languages are an asset).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support the reception team during shifts to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with a warm, professional attitude.
• Answer emails and manage invoice checks as part of daily tasks.
• Maintain high guest service standards and act as a problem-solver on shift.
