Brusselshotelsassociation is seeking a Front Office Shift Leader at the Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport. The role involves assisting guests, overseeing front office operations, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of reception experience and be fluent in French and/or English. The position offers a competitive salary aligned with the Commission Paritaire 302 scale, along with benefits such as insurance coverage and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and/or English (knowledge of Dutch is an advantage).
• Minimum of two years experience as a receptionist.

Responsabilités

• Assist guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Oversee front office and cashiering operations.
• Handle guest arrivals, check-ins, check-outs, and room changes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and manage cashier floats.
• Lead special projects and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed.
