Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport is seeking a dynamic Front Office Night Auditor for a replacement contract. You will be the main contact for guests, handling check-ins/outs, room changes, and VIP service to ensure a smooth stay.

French and/or English are required, Dutch is a plus. You should have at least 1 year of experience as a receptionist or night auditor, and be flexible with shifts in an international hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Langue: French and/or English; Dutch is a plus.
• Teamwork ability and collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Flexible with shifts.
• At least 1 year of front desk or night audit experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist guests with check-ins/check-outs and room changes.
• Act as Manager on Duty when required.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge of standards and procedures.
• Prepare and review night and morning reports.
• Coordinate with other departments and ensure safety.
