Brusselshotelsassociation is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead the Front Office team at the Steigenberger Wiltcher’s hotel in Brussels. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of luxury hospitality experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. This role involves ensuring high standards of guest service, coaching staff, and handling operational responsibilities. A hospitality diploma and proficiency in French and English are required, with Dutch being an asset. Contract type is temporary (CDD).

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in luxury hospitality, preferably as Front Office Receptionist or Shiftleader.
• Proficient in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
