Qualifications

• Strong leadership and supervision capabilities.

• Ability to train, coach and develop front desk staff.
• Fluent in English, French and Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Front Desk Operations & Supervision: oversee daily front desk activities and ensure policy compliance.
• Team Management & Training: train and coach staff to maintain high service standards.
• Guest Service & Experience: manage VIP arrivals and guest requests, resolve issues promptly.
• Coordination & Communication: ensure smooth information handover between shifts and departments.
• Administrative & Systems Responsibilities: manage reservations, reports and OPERA-related transactions.
