Qualifications

Provide technical support to customers for software, hardware and connectivity issues.
Assist customers via phone, email and remote support, primarily in French.
Analyse technical issues and collaborate with customers to resolve them.
Guide customers through software installations, updates and configurations.
Record and track support requests in the CRM system.
Escalate complex issues to specialised colleagues when needed.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers regarding software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
Assist customers via phone, email, and remote support, primarily in French.
Analyse technical issues and work together with customers to find the most suitable solution.
Guide customers through software installations, updates, and configurations.
Accurately register and follow up on support requests in the CRM system.

Work closely with colleagues and other internal departments to resolve complex technical queries.
