Your responsibilities as a Technical Support Officer:

As a Technical Support Officer, you are the first point of contact for customers who need technical assistance. You primarily support French-speaking customers, while also communicating regularly in English with colleagues and customers from other countries.

• Provide technical support to customers regarding software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
• Assist customers via phone, email, and remote support, primarily in French.
• Analyse technical issues and work together with customers to find the most suitable solution.
• Guide customers through software installations, updates, and configurations.
• Accurately register and follow up on support requests in the CRM system.

• Work closely with colleagues and other internal departments to resolve complex technical queries.
