Nodalview, a Brussels-based PropTech company, is seeking a French-speaking Customer Success professional to support our software and hardware solutions. You will handle daily client requests in French, resolve product challenges, grow client relationships, and contribute to a best-in-class customer experience across the French-speaking market.

You'll also manage hardware orders, stock, warranty claims, and coordinate with suppliers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (spoken and written) with English required as internal language.
• Excellent verbal and written professional communication skills.
• Strong conflict resolution, empathy and solution orientation.
• Customer-focused with ability to build relationships and confidence.

Responsabilités

• Customer Care: handle daily French client requests for software and hardware, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Resolve product challenges with cooperation across departments.
• Grow client relations and drive adoption and retention improvements.
• Manage churn, downsell, and upsell conversations within the French base.
• Contribute to customer experience strategy for the French market.
• Logistics: manage hardware orders, oversee stock, and coordinate supplier orders.
