You will work across phone, email, chat, and digital channels to understand needs and provide effective solutions, ensuring a smooth experience from first contact to resolution.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (B2) required.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency required.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, accounts, products and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate information.
