Cross Border Talents in Belgium is seeking a Customer Specialist to deliver professional support via phone, email, chat across inquiries, orders, accounts, and services. You will be the first point of contact, resolving issues and guiding customers through processes.

Fluent French and English are required; EU citizenship or Portuguese residency; join a dynamic international team with relocation support and onsite work.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented and eager to grow in Travel.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, chat and digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, accounts, payments, products and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear information.
• Handle questions and complaints while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Guide customers through processes, platforms, products and services.
• Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Identify recurring concerns and provide feedback to improve processes.
• Stay updated with company products, policies and procedures through training.
