BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist in Belgium to deliver exceptional multichannel customer support for inquiries, orders and accounts. You will engage via phone, email, chat and digital channels to understand needs and provide clear, effective solutions.

The role requires fluent French and English, EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset ready to grow in the travel field. Onsite work is provided with relocation support.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive and eager to grow in travel

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, accounts, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear information and solutions.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products and services.
• Record customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Identify recurring concerns and provide feedback to improve service quality.
• Stay up to date with products, policies and procedures through training
