Mozer High-Tech Logistics, based in Kortenberg, is seeking a bilingual Sales Support professional who blends commercial awareness with administrative precision to support the sales team and coordinate with planning, operations and finance.

You will handle quotations, orders, site visit reports, pricing requests, and invoicing support. The role requires a structured, customer-focused mindset, initiative, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Secondary or higher education in administration, office management, languages, business, or related field.
• Professional written and spoken proficiency in French and Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, register and follow up quotations and customer files.
• Process and verify purchase orders in the CRM system.
• Prepare reports following preliminary site visits.
• Respond to pricing requests based on agreed contractual rates.
• Prepare work orders, planning documents and transport documentation.
• Request and follow up parking permits.
• Support invoicing, profitability calculations and periodic reporting.
• Follow up outstanding invoices and send payment reminders.
• Provide general administrative support to the various departments.
