Job summary

Nodalview, a Brussels-based PropTech scale-up, is looking for a French-speaking Customer Care lead who will welcome and guide French clients, respond via chat and email, and own end-to-end hardware logistics.

You will resolve product challenges, support adoption and retention, manage orders and warranty claims, and collaborate with sales and other departments to enhance the customer experience for the French market.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French (spoken and written) required; English also required.
• Excellent verbal and written professional communication skills.
• Great conflict resolution skills, empathy and solution orientation.
• Customer-focused with ability to build customer relationships.
• Driven with accountability, voice of French clients.
• Experience in customer success or related customer-facing role preferred; startup familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve daily client requests for software and hardware in French while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Resolve product challenges that require cooperation with other departments.
• Grow client relations and suggest improvements to adoption and retention.
• Manage churn, downsell, and upsell conversations with clients in the French market.
• Identify areas for improvement and work on personal projects quarterly.
• Contribute to customer experience strategy with the French-speaking sales team.
